1. My Account:

a. How do I register my account?

Please click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to enter your account details like name, date of birth, sex, address, mobile and email. Once you have completed filling all the formalities click enter and voila you have an account with OyeKitchen.com to make your purchases online.

b. How do I update my account details?

It is easy to update your account. You can view /edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids and also change your password easily. All you have to do is access your details and click save details. The details will get automatically saved.

c. I don’t remember my password. Help

All you need to do is:

1. Click My Account on the top right of the site page to access the login window.

2. Click the Forgot your password link available on the bottom right of the login window.

3. Enter your e-mail ID in the displayed field. A link will be sent instantly to your email.

4. You can reset your password instantly by clicking the link.

d. I don’t want to receive emails anymore. What should I do?

You can unsubscribe from our e-mails by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the e-mail you have received from us.

e. Is it necessary to have an account?

You can shop with us providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wish list. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.

How do I place my order?

Select a category - Choose the product of your choice

  • o Please note all parameters of the product like size, quantity, material type, warranty etc. Detailed information of the product is available on the page itself. Select place order.
  • o Create an account by registering or you can also proceed by entering your email id Note: if you register with us you will get the following benefits: -speeds up the ordering process -allows us to keep you informed about your orders.
  • o Carefully enter your shipping address
  • o Enter the Welcome Voucher/Discount coupon codes if applicable.
  • o Check the final price {COD/Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (COD, Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card) YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
  • o You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from the Oyekitchen Team.
  • o You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

2. Shopping:

a. Are there any additional charges other than that mentioned?

There are no hidden additional charges when you make a purchase with us. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

However, Delivery charges may be additional depending on the order value.

b. Do the prices include Taxes?

Yes all prices mentioned include taxes

c. Why is GST collected on my order?

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax under Indian taxation system, and is levied by the state and central governments. Under this taxation norm, GST is to be paid by the ultimate consumer of the product.

3. Payments

a. How do I pay for my purchase?

  • • You can use any one of the following payment methods:
  • • Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Amex)
  • • Credit card EMI (in 3 and 6 months installments)
  • • Debit card (All leading bank debit cards)
  • • Netbanking (For all leading banks )
  • • Cash on Delivery (Available on select deals and products)

b. Which Credit cards can be used?

We accept payments from all major Credit card companies Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

c. How can I use my Debit card?

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

d. Is it safe to pay by Credit Card?

We have some of the highest levels of transaction security currently available for online shopping. Our secure e – commerce uses high end encryption technology to protect your card information. All credit card and debit card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

e. What is 3D password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively to add an additional layer of security for your transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. What is Cash on delivery and how does it work?

f. What is cash on delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders. Only Indian Rupees accepted will be accepted.

g. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery(COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. You can call the customer service on to follow up.

h. Can I get my order gift wrapped?

  • Giftwrap is chargeable at ₹30 per order
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders cannot be gift wrapped
  • Larger items cannot be gift wrapped
  • For gift wrapped orders containing other items, we are required to include the invoice for logistical, legal and octroi/tax reasons

4. My Orders:

a. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD0 no. 566432), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.

You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

b. Can I order any item that is out of stock?

Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale. Please use the wish list feature on the site and once the item is available you will be informed once the product is available.

c. How do I check the status of my orders?

At every step, your order status is updated to you via emails and sms. Once your order is placed you would receive an sms and an email with your order details. Once again when your order is dispatched we will send you an sms with your courier tracking details.

Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.

Payment Authorized, Order under Processing: Authorization has been received from the payment gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.

Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.

Order Cancelled The order was cancelled.

d. Can I cancel my order?

  • o If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  • o If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. In case of Prepaid orders Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies.
  • o For certain product categories once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is indicated on the individual product pages.

e. Can I place a bulk order for an item?

Yes. Orders above the value of Rs 50,000/- are treated as bulk orders.If you are planning to place a bulk order call our customer support to avail extra benefits of placing bulk orders.

f. Can I add an item to my order after I have already placed an order?

a. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, no. This cannot be done. You must simply place another order.

5. Shipping

a. What are the shipping charges?

Rs. 50 will be levied as Shipping Charges per product.

b. How long does it take for delivery

We ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and thereafter you are notified about how many days it will take for delivery of the order. Generally Orders gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.

c. Do you deliver products outside India?

No, unfortunately, we have not started delivering products outside India.

6. Cancellation & Returns

a. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse.

You can do this by going to your account and cancelling the order. The amount paid will be credited to your account in the form of cash back.

b. I just cancelled my order, how can I get a refund

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. However, if you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team. We take anywhere between 7-10 working days to process this request.

c. I have still not received the refund. What should I do?

If for some reason, the amount is not credited to your account, please call our customer care centre at

7. Gift Vouchers:

a. How do I buy a Gift voucher?

To purchase a OYE Gift voucher, please go to our Gift Card page and enter the required information. We will email the gift card to the recipient instantly. The recipient can redeem the gift card and use the amount to pay for his or her purchase.

b. I have received a gift card, How do I use it?

To use a Gift Card, click on the 'Add Gift Card' button in the body of the email. You will be taken to the website where you will need to sign up or login to your account. Once this is done, the Gift card value is automatically added to your Cashback account and can be used for any purchase.
